We offer custom Record Deals, Music Distribution, YouTube Music Placements, Spotify Playlisting, 1-on-1 Mentorship, Music + Social Media Marketing, and more. Lukose Music Group proudly houses one of the largest Music Networks on YouTube, with currently over 500,000+ Subscribers and 100,000,000+ Viewers. Our mission is to discover and promote underground talent that deserves to be heard. We use our own resources and funding to help underground talent achieve their dreams in a challenging industry.
We are seeking 3 dynamic Account Managers to join our YouTube Network, and create viral music content for 3 out of our 6 subsidiary Lukose Music Group channels - LMG Global, LMG Viral, and LMG Christian.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Communicate closely with analytics and A&R teams on the identification of new artists and the discovery and application of new music insights - Search through new artist data daily and create content to upload adhering to LMG guidelines - Evaluate and recommend new talent and coordinate the signing of new talent to the label - Act as a label liaison for assigned artists - Manage the organization of artist data and updates on a daily basis - Regular reporting of insights & trends to internal teams and artist management.
MUST-HAVES:
- You are proficient in music discovery platforms (e.g. TikTok, Soundcloud, YouTube, etc) - Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure within demanding timeframes. - Strong communicator who is confident to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to consistently learn and adopt within a fast changing environment. - Passion for music and video content. - A general understanding of the role of metadata, platform algorithms and the effect on content discovery/monetization. - Knowledge of building audiences in a digital environment. - It’s a plus if you have video editing skills and content creationYou enjoy working with numbers. - Experience or education in a data-related field is a bonus, but not required.

SALARY (DOE/PERFORMANCE BASED):$60,000-80,000 USD
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
