What accomplishment are you most proud of?
“One of the milestones that means the most to me was reaching 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.
“It wasn’t really about the number itself. When I was younger, I watched creators achieve that milestone and wondered what it would feel like to build something that reached that level myself. I studied what they were doing, learned from them, experimented, made mistakes, and kept building.
“Eventually, I had the Silver Creator Award hanging on my wall. To me, that represented something bigger than YouTube. It represented consistency, problem-solving, creativity, and the ability to turn an idea into something tangible.
“Today, the network has grown far beyond that original milestone. What started as an individual goal became the foundation for something much larger.”
What makes Lukose Music Group different?
“We’re building LMG around the creator.
“The music industry has incredible infrastructure, but access to that infrastructure isn’t always equal. There are independent artists with extraordinary talent who don’t have the capital, relationships, knowledge, or resources required to compete at a high level.
“I want LMG to help close that gap.

Why did you choose the music industry?
“Music has been a major part of my life since I was a freshman in high school.
“I’ve spent years managing artists, organizing shows, building channels, working with labels and distribution companies, developing audiences, and learning how the business actually operates.
“The longer I worked in music, the more I realized that there was an opportunity to build something of my own — not simply another label, but an organization that could create opportunities for other people.
“That’s ultimately what motivates me.
“I want to use everything I’ve learned to give independent creators access to better infrastructure and help them build careers that can exist beyond a single release, viral moment, or platform.”
What does success look like for LMG?
“Success means building an independent music company that can operate globally while remaining deeply connected to the creators it serves.
“I want LMG to become a trusted home for exceptional artists, labels, songwriters, producers, and creators across genres.
“I want our distribution infrastructure to compete globally. I want our media network to discover artists and showcase their art to the world. I want our technology to make complicated parts of the music business easier to understand and manage.
“Most importantly, I want the company to create a measurable positive impact.
“There is enormous talent in the world. Sometimes what separates an artist from an opportunity isn’t talent — it is access.
